Our ode to Italy, with a distinctly Australian soul.Crafted from four of our favourite Mediterranean varieties, grown across some of our favourite regions:
- 50% Heathcote Montepulciano
- 20% Riverina Nero d’Avola
- 15% Adelaide Hills Nebbiolo
- 15% Riverina Shiraz
APPEARANCE
Deep crimson Red
AROMA
Aromas of ripe plum, cola, and a hint of warm spice.
PALATE
Generous layers of ripe plum, liquorice, and cocoa unfold on the palate, supported by subtle yet firm tannins that carry through to a long, lingering finish. Well-balanced and beautifully rounded.
DRINK WITH
Pork or veal ragu, eggplant lasagna and Pizza.
Made to be enjoyed now but will only get better with a few years cellaring. Up to 10 years will reward with dividends.
