Aroma The 2022 is unoaked, permitting the wine to express more clearly its distinctive varietal characteristics; lively aromas of citrus, green apple and a touch of Jasmine.
Palate This wine shows a supple mid palate, with crisp acidity and great length.
A delicate blend of fruits; mandarin, peach and pear, are prominent. The palate finishes with grape-fruit acidity, yielding a fresh and cleansing finish with a hint of pineapple.
Drinking Serve chilled for ideal immediate drinking with or without food. Best compliments a wide range of foods such as barbeque seafood, calamari fritti, white pasta or stuffed zucchini flowers.
Ageing This wine is suited for early drinking and will retain fresh fruit characters for the next three years.
